Buy Land Leads

  • We use a variety of time and data tested methods to get pickups. These include trying your numbers on different days, different times of day and using a variety of area codes. Additionally, we consistently register all of our phone numbers with the major cellular carriers across the United States.

  • There are a few incentives for buying land off-market. For one, you tend to have more options. You aren’t constrained to land that is available on the MLS. Secondly, you are positioning yourself to get a better deal on your land purchase. Off-market land generally sells for 10 - 30% less than property on the MLS. Additionally, many sellers are open to seller-financing. This is a big deal for many buyers; lower cost (and barriers) to entry. 

  • A lead is any seller who is interested in selling their vacant land off-market.

  • We have two call center locations, one in Egypt and one in Belize. Our callers are fluent in English, have little to no accent, and always have previous real estate cold-calling experience. Unlike most companies, our callers work in person, this allows us to control variables such as internet speed, hardware and floor management.

  • Yes, every caller goes through our Land Finder training package which includes teaching them about vacant land, typical seller profiles, common terms and phrases, and in-depth role playing exercises.

  • Land Purchasing Guide includes six sections: Comping, Due Diligence, Calling the Seller, Generating an Offer + Negotiations, Contracts to Closing, and Financing. 

Sell Your Land

  • After submitting your property for consideration, you will hear from someone on our team within 2 business days to verify all the given information and make you a cash offer. If the offer is accepted, a contract can be sent electronically or via mail. If we elect not to buy your property, we will inform you of that decision and why we made it.

  • You can expect to hear back from the Land Finder team within 2 business days of submitting your lead form, and typically we can make an offer the first time you hear from us.

  • The period between when you accept our offer and when you will get paid for your property is called a "due diligence" period where our team researches the property in depth to make sure all the information we found before making an offer matches the reality of the property. This process typically takes 90-120 days
